Who is Frank Smethurst?
Frank Smethurst is a well known fly fisherman and guide who was born and raised in Atlanta Georgia, where he started working at the Fish Hawk Fly shop at age 12. He has lived in Colorado since 1988 where he still guides for Telluride Angler. He spends much of the year traveling the globe pursuing various species on the fly, giving seminars and teaching anglers how to improve their skills.
